About price
Final price will be determined according to the conditions such as
amount of manuscript to be translated, difficulty, and delivery date. The
estimated price for translating Japanese into English/Chinese/Korean is 8-20
yen per character (including tax). Please e-mail our office for more
information about quotation.

Business flow until delivery
Inquiry -> Sending documents for quotation -> Quotation ->
Place order -> Receive order -> Payment of translation fee -> Start of
translation -> Final QA check -> Delivery

send us your request for translation such as delivery date and price.
2. Documents for translation:
Please e-mail the documents.
3. Fix the schedule from
quotation to delivery.
4. Our staff will take
responsibility from translation until final QA check.
5. Delivery: Translated
documents will be e-mailed to customers.
6. Invoice: Basically, advance
payment is required before translation for individuals and the customers in the
countries other than Japan. For corporations in Japan, please contact us about
payment. (Invoices and receipts will be
emailed. Paper invoices and receipts can be issued for JPY 350 each (in case of
domestic in Japan by JAPAN POST regular delivery).
